Delivered in 2025, Al Manara is recognised as the first yacht villa of its kind in the GCC. She was conceived as a private waterfront residence, combining superyacht engineering with true villa-scale living and redefining large-scale luxury on the water in the region.

In terms of performance, Al Manara is powered by twin engines, delivering a cruising speed of 9 knots. Constructed with a GRP fibreglass hull and steel superstructure, and drawing between 1.3 metres and 2.0 metres, she is ideally suited to shallow Gulf waters and extended coastal living.
The swift completion of the sale underscores both the uniqueness of the concept and the strength of demand for innovative, residence-led yacht assets across the GCC market.
